Ticket reservations
It is possible to reserve tickets. A reservation can be maintained for a maximum of two weeks. If the tickets are not purchased upon expiry of this period, the reservation is automatically considered cancelled and the tickets are put on sale again.
Payment
The payment of the tickets takes place when buying online by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners) or by Sofortüberweisung. Online booking is automatically confirmed electronically and sent by e-mail.
The payment of the tickets takes place with purchase at the box office in cash, with debit card or credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Diners and JCB).
The payment of the tickets takes place by telephone sale by credit card or by invoice.
The term of payment is immediately upon receipt. Tickets are sent by e-mail. Tickets for which a mailing or payment on destination is required are subject to a processing fee of € 3.00.
