All theatre visitors arriving by car can park conveniently and inexpensively in the following parking garages in Linz:
SCHAUSPIELHAUS | KAMMERSPIELE | STUDIOBÜHNE
Garage Promenade
Valid for the duration of the visit to the theatre; maximum parking period 6 hours, starting from when you enter the garage. Price: € 3.00
From the Promenade garage, there is direct, underground and wheelchair accessible access to the Schauspielhaus and the Kammerspiele.
You may obtain parking vouchers from the Linz Landestheater ticket service when making an advance booking or from the tickets assistant prior to the performance or during intermissions.
Garage Promenaden Galerien
The public garage is available on regular parking fees.
Theaterhof Promenade
Should you park your vehicle at the Theaterhof in the OÖ Landesregierung car park, please note the times when this is permitted and the areas in which parking is allowed (displayed on the signs at the entrance to the Theaterhof)! If you do not comply with these conditions, your car may be removed due to fire regulations!
MUSIKTHEATER
Garage at the Musiktheater
The Musiktheater am Volksgarten offers visitors an underground parking garage with capacity for 300 vehicles. The entrance to the garage is located on the south side of the building and is accessible via Bahnhofstraße or Wienerstraße. The garage offers two underground parking levels. Direct access to the entrance foyer is possible via two lifts or the stairwell.
SUBSCRIBERS & INDIVIDUAL VISITORS WITH PRE-SALE TICKETS
You present your subscription identification card at the barrier when driving into the garage (scan the barcode at the machine). You will receive a discount parking ticket from the machine or from the usher. For legal reasons, it is unfortunately not sufficient to only show your subscription identification card to the usher – we thank you for your understanding. Price: € 4.00
THEATRE VISITORS WITHOUT TICKETS
You get a parking ticket when driving into the garage. The maximum duration upon entering the garage is six hours. You will receive a discount parking ticket from the machine or from the usher. The garage is open 120 minutes prior to the beginning of the performance.
Price: € 4.00.
EXTRA-PARKING AT THE "GARAGE AT THE RAILWAYSTATION"
From 7:00 PM and only at full use of capacity of the garage at the Musiktheater.
You will receive a discount parking ticket from the usher.

PARKING VOUCHERS
Parking vouchers can be purchased from the ushers prior to the performances and during the intermissions.
RESTAURANT VISITORS
For visitors to the brasserie “das Anton” or the Café Volksgarten, parking is available on the second underground parking level named UG2 – a lift will take you directly to the restaurant and café, independent of the performances at the theatre! The ticket is valid for the duration of your stay at the restaurant. The maximum parking duration during the day is four hours, and in the evenings from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM of the next day. The price is € 3.50.
Discount tickets for the garage are available at both locations.
