This will be fun for the whole family: Astrid Lindgren's little heroine Madita conquers the musical theater and shows young and old how much easier and more colorful life can be if we meet our fellow human beings without prejudice, but instead show compassion and curiosity about the world around us.

Travel to Sweden with your parents and the singers of the Landestheater and experience adventures with Madita, her family and her friends on the roof, at school, in the scary laundry room or at the town's autumn ball. Will there be excitement and entertainment along the way? Apselut!

The Landestheater has commissioned the renowned Swedish composer Viktor Åslund to compose a family opera based on the popular, widely read and repeatedly filmed Madita stories by his compatriot Astrid Lindgren.
